Lilly's comments on why she kept getting out of her bed tonight:
8:00 pm: It's not dark.
8:06 pm: When we go to the greenhouse tomorrow, can I see if there's a pool? (it's a fountain and I made the mistake of telling her she could throw a penny in and make a wish)
8:12 pm: I need to go potty.
8:27 pm: Can I make 4 wishes and throw 4 pennies in?
8:34 pm: Hey Mommy, guess what, I can sing the whole Joy to the World!
8:40 pm: Hey Mommy, can I tell you something? Remember those two Ella books we had? (which are sitting on her bookshelf)
8:44 pm: I'll make 10 wishes!
8:47 pm: It's too dark.
8:55 pm: Okay, I'll just have 3 wishes.
9:02 pm: Maybe just 4 four wishes.
At about 9:10 I heard her singing to the tune of "she'll be coming round the mountain," "tape dinosaur train tomorrow" and "3 plus 4 makes 2 and 1 is 8."
Clearly, she had too long of a nap today.

Feb/March
February and so far in March have been pretty busy for us. Here are some of our fun activities:
Watching the St. Patrick's Day parade with cousins ("it's really cold out here and we are only smiling because we are being bribed with candy"):
the reinhardts, brewers, and Trish at Trish's house in Indy:
Lilly and Jane, silly faces during dinner in Indianapolis:
I need to squeeze your face, Danny!
Digging for dinosaur bones at the Children's museum in Indianapolis:
Building a glass (plastic) art sculpture at the museum:
hi Bob! Lilly loves to pretend she is Bob the Builder at home (though we've never seen the show), so she really enjoyed this exhibit at the museum:
practicing her balance beam routine at gymnastics class:
getting ready to watch Strega Nona, Lilly's first play. She really loved this and got a kick out of all the singing and the pasta (for those of you who know this story)
the whole brewer side of the family:
